Program Phases:

Phase 1 (year 1 with 500k students signed up with laptops and broadband access) - start showcase in the country with 500k students = about 2 million adults who are actively supporting democratic principles of prosperity and freedom. Implement the PR campaign that shows how a country that partners with the US, becomes prosperous and joins them in leading the world.

Phase 2 (year 2 with 1 million students signed up with laptops and broadband access) - start the expansion throughout the country with partnerships.

Phase 3 (years 3-4 with 3-4 million students signed up with laptops and broadband access) - accelerate the expansion throughout the country with partnerships.

SCALABILITY:

Make it defensible - we get the daily attention of many kids quickly through hope, viral marketing and the distribution of the Heroic Device (centrally managed Chromebook that is a converted donated Windows laptop) - the world leading device that is centrally managed and designed to deliver great health outcomes.

Make it permanent - controlled Laptop network of 6m K-12 students, the value of the network of students grows exponentially with the number of users.
